Playland

Last year around this time I wrote a post listing all the toys, trinkets, and debris scattered around the house at the end of the evening. Frustration with the situation soon melted to bittersweet tenderness with the realization that the years for shoes the size of teacups and jumbo sized puzzle pieces were short, indeed.

Another year, time for another list. This one accompanied by photographs. Mind you, this collection represents about one hour of playtime...the house had been pretty much tidy a mere 60 minutes before!
